CONFIRMING A RESERVATION

• All reservation requests and confirmations must be made in writing via email.
• No reservation will be confirmed unless the word CONFIRMATION is specified in the request “Subject Line”.
• Once we confirm the reservation, all cancellation policies and fees take effect.
• Payment Options:  Visa or MasterCard
• Child Policy:  children ages 3 and up pay US$80.00 + tax/service charge. Price is per child and per night.
• The Purple Octopus Suite is the most ideal accommodation for families, as it has 3 bedrooms, a sitting area with two futons and a loft with a full size bed.
• The Cabanas are also good for families of 1-4 as they come with a full size and a king size bed that can open up into 2 shared bedrooms.
• These cabanas can sleep up to 4 people (ideally, 2 adults and up to 2 children)
• Child meal options are available

RESERVATON POLICY

• Upon confirmation of reservation a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to hold the reservation.  Final payment is due 60 days prior to guest arrival.
• If reservation is made within 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required.
• Payments can be made via credit card

CANCELLATION POLICY

• ALL CANCELLATONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING BY EMAIL
• A full refund, less 15% administrative fee, will be done if reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, 50% refund will be given for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
• If reservation is cancelled 30 or less days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.  However, a 50% credit twill be allocated for a rescheduled reservation no more than a year from date of cancellation.
• No refund will be given for no show.
• We strongly suggest you seek travel insurance.
